Quality certification

Quality assurance

Our commitment is based on our ability to guarantee our export customers and industrial processors access to quality products tailored to their requirements and the realities of the market.

Thanks to our quality assurance process, we are also able to guide our growers in the specific crop requirements of our customers, providing them with new prospects for profitable international outlets.

CSA - GTP

CSA/GTP certification covers the collection, storage, marketing and transport of cereals, oilseeds and protein crops. The BZ Group has been committed to controlling health quality for over a decade. We use HACCP-based guidelines, formalised and framed by CSA-GTP (Charte Sécurité Alimentaire/Good Trading Practices) certification.

2BSvs

French operators in the plant production and biofuels sectors have joined forces to set up the 2BS voluntary scheme, which provides independent verification of compliance with European sustainability criteria 2018/2001 (REDII Directive). In compliance with this directive, we are 2BSvs certified, which enables us to guarantee the sustainability of our grains for the biofuel industry.

Sustainable Agriculture Initiative

Food companies and retailers are the main buyers of agricultural raw materials. To ensure a constant, growing and secure supply of agricultural raw materials, they must be grown sustainably.

In 2002, the Sustainable Agriculture Initiative (SAI) Platform was created to facilitate the sharing, at a pre-competitive level, of knowledge and best practices to support the development and implementation of sustainable agricultural practices, for the efficient production of safe, quality agricultural products, with the aim of protecting and improving the natural environment and the social and economic conditions of farmers.

Organic farming

Organic farming is based on sustainable agricultural management that preserves the quality of the soil, air, water and natural ecosystems. It draws on cultivation practices that respect the environment’s natural balance and have a limited impact on it. In particular, it excludes the use of GMOs, strictly restricts the use of synthetic chemicals and limits the use of inputs.
